❧ En rentrant d'Irak, j'ai été diagnostiqué comme souffrant d'ESPT (État de Stress Post-Traumatique) chronique. Je faisais des cauchemars toutes les nuits, je n'avais plus goût à rien, je n'arrêtais pas de me dire que j'aurais pu mieux faire, je revivais des scènes horribles, je me sentais différent des autres, je faisais n'importe quoi... C'était l'horreur. Les symptômes de l'ESPT ont duré près de cinq mois. Aujourd'hui, ils ont grandement diminué, mais persistent toujours.
